The website
The information on our public pages is general information about SurvAI. Package descriptions and prices are starting points; what is agreed with you when you subscribe is what applies. We may change or withdraw any part of the site without notice.
Please do not misuse the site: do not try to gain access to parts of it you are not authorised to use, interfere with how it works, or send anything unlawful or harmful through it.
Accounts and the SurvAI platform
Accounts are set up for surveying firms by us. If you use the SurvAI platform, you must keep your sign-in details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used them.
Use of the platform is also governed by the member agreement you accept when you first sign in, and by any subscription agreed with your firm. Where those say something different from these terms, they take priority.
Your professional judgement
SurvAI helps surveyors prepare reports. It does not inspect properties or give professional advice. The surveyor who signs a report remains responsible for its content and must review everything SurvAI prepares before it is issued.
Intellectual property
The SurvAI name, logo, website and software belong to us or our licensors. SurvAI® is a registered trade mark in the United Kingdom. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. The content you put into SurvAI remains yours or your firm's.
Our responsibility to you
We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by relying on the general information on our public pages. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and law
We may update these terms and will show the date they last changed at the top of this page. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
